Our little man is on the move! He started taking steps back at the end of November/beginning of December, but usually needed a lot of prompting and encouragement to go.
We thought he might take off over the Christmas holidays when we were around family, but he was actually shyer around all the grandparents and didn't want to try to walk at all.
Then we came home at the beginning of January and within a week, the boy was off! He is now chasing his sisters around and scaling the stairs with ease. He loves it!
While the increased speed of mobility is more of a challenge for us, our backs are thankful that we don't have to carry him as often. Little dude is getting heavy! It was certainly time for him to walk!

oh, i love watching the girls chase the little man!! know you are in full energy mode with your 4!!

Wow, he has changed so much already. He looks so grown up all decked out in his church clothes:)
