We've known this would be coming. Last year she tested at a 20/200 vision, but her good eye was compensating for the bad one so she wasn't having any problems seeing or reading. Now the headaches have become more regular, computer screens are harder to see, and she's been doing a lot of squinting. We had her vision rechecked and she came out at 25/400. It was time for glasses! 'R' picked out two simple metal frames, one red and one lavender. They've been ordered and should be ready for pick-up in a few more days. Believe it or not, 'R' is ecstatic about getting glasses! (I don't think that feeling will last a long time, but I'm glad she's on board with it now!) Our little bookworm/brainiac will soon have a smarter look!

Once you find a good fit for her, you can order more glasses at zennioptical.com. They have amazing prices starting at 6.95 and that includes the lenses! I get all of mine and Little J's glasses from there.
