This weekend, with my sister in town, we checked out the Botanical Gardens nearby along with some other friends and kids. It was gorgeous, to say the least, and enormous! We only saw the tip of the iceberg on our short walk to the kids garden and water play area. And once we had played there for awhile it was time to leave and get little ones down for naps. 'R' actually cried when we were leaving because there was so much she didn't get to see. Even though it was incredibly warm walking all around, I loved being there. I'm going to look into getting a family membership so we can stop by more often.
These were our "adventurers" as 'B' named them. They had control of the maps and were leading the way to the kids area. (What was really scary is that we were actually following them!)
'E' man was along for the adventure with his mom (who's 7 months pregnant with baby E - a girl!)

Looks like you guys had fun! I know that "Classic Hayley" look very well :) Next time we come we'll have to check out the botanical gardens. Your dad would probably enjoy them.
