Well, there hasn't been much activity lately on our blog because our family has been gone for 2 weeks. We wanted to visit all the grandparents so we did a little "Tour de Texas" as we like to call it and made a big loop around the state to see everyone. We started out at "Mia" and "Boss"s house out on the lake. It is a typical rural east Texas town and nothing happens very quickly. But luckily we didn't go there for any big parties or happening night life! Instead we spent 5 days just relaxing and taking it easy. It was great! The girls did a little bit of fishing off the dock (only caught some tiny perch), some swimming in the lake, and lots of playing inside and out! "Mia" even set up a slip n' slide for the girls and they thought it was wonderful! We all enjoyed the quality family time and the laid back atmosphere!
